We enjoyed exploring areas that are not usually visited by tourists, and experiencing local traditions. The history of Chinatown was particularly interesting, meeting some locals and understanding the importance of the temples. Our guide, Ti, was excellent. He navigated us safely through the traffic and gave us great insight into the city. Our questions were welcomed. Recommend this tour if you want to have a break from the shops and get a deeper understanding of Saigon. Nothing like cycling to immerse yourself in the city

The most thrilling experience we’ve ever had in Vietnam and out of this whole trip FOR SURE. The spots we went to were also quite interesting and off the beaten path, and there were no tourists in sight which was great. We bought some fruits at the market and got to enjoy it at a local food stop that felt like a spot I wouldn’t find on my own as a tourist. The guide was also really warm, friendly and great at sharing about the spots we went to. Fair warning though: it's for the real adventure seekers, it can be quite scary cycling on the extremely busy streets (and even a highway!) of Vietnam

Booked: Saigon Off-the-Beaten Path:  Ho Chi Minh City Cycling Tour

This experience allowed us to see a different side to Vietnam as we were brought to the less fortunate districts and we got to see how they live in a very close-up way. It was quite insightful to see and hear about the differing lifestyles since we went to District 1 first, where all the wealthier people stayed, and then into the less fortunate districts that lived in less than conditions. The guide explained the situations well and we were able to understand more about the places we were brought to. Also, the couple of food and drink stops along the way was amazing due to the hot weather and being on the motorbike for a long time.
