My husband and I tried this yesterday and it was an amazing experience. The food and wine quality were excellent, our host was very knowledgeable and experienced. Will do it again for sure.

Lyon was an absolute delight. By the end of the evening, he had become like family. He was very knowledgeable about the local Hanoi cuisine and took us to so many family-run restaurants, ones that had some of his favorite foods, that we couldn't possibly eat any more by the end of the evening. We were so full. Most dishes we tried were things we had never heard of before, and we would never have known to order them or from where. Highly recommend!

We do a lot of private tours and this was one of the best we have ever had. Lyon provided us with tons of information on Vietnamese coffee, some of which really surprised us. He additionally provided us with a traditional meal afterwards. It could not have been better.
