Mr. Son gave us an outstanding tour which started with an outstanding coffee! We learned a lot about coffee beans and different types of coffee flavors and how they come about. We took a short 1h tour for a bit more than 200k and were asked if we want to book a longer tour (+400k) to also roast and brew our own coffee. Since we only spend one day to explore Da Lat, we didn’t do a full tour, but if you have more time I would definitely recommend it. The farm is beautiful and it’s an unforgettable experience for any coffee enthusiast!

This was one of my most enjoyable and memorable experiences while traveling in Dalat. Approximately 45 minute drive from Dalat city center but it will bring you to a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by coffee farms. Huy gave us a tour around the farms and showed us the process from growing, harvesting, drying, and roasting. Sustainable farming requires a lot of patience and effort and to achieve high quality is challenged by time and effort. Midori Farms priorities the time and effort and trial and error to perfect the their products while also maximizing every part of the bean and minimizing the ecological impact. Bonus is all the friendly cat and dogs that are permanent residents of the farm stay. Huy is very knowledgeable about organic farming, especially coffee and educates both neighboring farmers and visitors about how to better improve the local environment through sustainable agricultural practices.
