After 1 month of drinking Vietnamese coffee we finally went and learned what it actually is that we are drinking. This experience was very informative and fun. We learned how to make 3 different coffee types and learned some general information about their local business and the coffee they sell. One thing we also liked was that it was a small group, only 3 people which made it more cozy. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Saigon.

The coffee was great! We got to try two coffees - egg coffee and coconut coffee. This was my friends' and I first time making egg coffee so that was very interesting. The equipment and space is quite modern, so it was comfortable but it does feel like just another workshop with not much of a story behind it despite the hosts saying there are stories behind it to share. The guide spoke really fluent english and was very thorough with explaining the process, but we wished we could hear more about the stories behind the coffee since the coffee is sourced from local Da Lat farms. So if you're just looking for a great coffee workshop that teaches you the techniques well, this is it!
