The hospitality is very good and service was great. Picnic by the river with plenty of food with nice setting. Everything is taken care off and just relax the glamping night. Experience the moonlight cinema, bonfire and stay at the tree house.

beautiful place but service was terrible. rooms were dirty (urine on the toilet seat, food on the floor, cig buds in the sink, dusty floors etc) and even after multiple complaints, they didnt manage to clean properly. food was decent but basic requests cld not be met like water and bread. staff pretended to care but did nothing to rectify the situation.

Our family of 5 adults spend a night at tiarasa on 10-11 July 2020. The journey from Kuala Lumpur only take about 40 minutes of which 20 minutes through the main road and hi way abd the other 20 through traditional Malay village surrounded by jungle. When we arrived at the Tiarasa, the reception was ready and check in was smooth and quick. Our tent, The White Rajah has a living room and 2 bedrooms, comfortable for 5 people. Our immediate impression was the amenities were more than adequate akin to a 5 star hotel. Tiarasa was situated in a valley surrounded by hills and mountains in the distance. There was a clean natural water stream running through the site which ones can dip in, or have a picnic while listening to the peaceful water stream sound. Natural forest trees and assortments of beautiful and unique plants and trees plend in as if we were in a botinical garden. In the evening we strolled along the compound paths, enjoying the nature and taking pictures, lots of photo worthy at every angles. We had early dinner just before the sunset, the restaurant ala safari setting was unique, servers very attractive, and foods delicious (especially the gadogado), perfect dinner in the sunset. After dinner we sat around the bonfire having family bonding while roasting marshmallow. Later at night we enjoyed the best movie experience under the stars while having hot chocolates and popcorn. Sleeping in comfortable beds nature in and around the compound, visiting the vegetable garden, sunbathing and birdwatching. By the time we were checking out we were already planning on another stay at Tiarasa in the near future. (And yes I came back with friends in August)

Great place to break away from the hussles of the city. There is a stream at the place and many places to unwind
