This 60-min online rest and wellbeing workshop comprises of a content segment on basic theories of rest (first half workshop), and the 2nd half is the guided individual rest experience. In the spirit of rest, the entire workshop is designed and intended to be slow and quiet, a time for participants to be with themselves. It was never meant to be energetic, high vibe or highly interactive.
