Heahtitude

As an avid traveller, Bryan has explored many different parts of the world during his breaks and held a dream of opening a hostel. Together with his brother Dennis, Heahtitude was established with the idea of providing accommodation that exudes an aura of ‘heah’, which also means ‘chill’ in Cantonese. Expect two extremely welcoming hosts that will give you deeper insights into local life at Cameron Highlands with their helpful recommendations on food and attractions, and that your stay will be a very ‘heah’ one!

Liked · Friendly & responsive host, clean & cozy home stay! Strong WiFi, windy backyard, i sat there and spent my me time with great view. Compliment coffee & biscuits, everything is great! If you’re looking a leisure trip, this is your best choice Disliked · The location a bit far from town, u need to drive there and it was a little hidden. Hard to get parking at night after 11pm, no hotel signage nearby. I spent 30 minutes looking for it

Liked · Stayed at Heahtitude with my boyfriend and could not recommend it enough 10/10!! The hosts Bryan and Dennis couldn’t be more welcoming - incredible service! Bryan came and found us when we (somehow?!) turned down the wrong road and took us to the guest house and when we ran out of money he even drove us to the local bank to use the ATM - talk about above and beyond! The guest house itself is REALLY cool with a big open kitchen and the toilets/ showers are super clean with hot water. The view from the river side terrace was my fave spot! As other reviews state Kuala Terla is a bit outside of the main area of the Cameron Highlands attractions but it was perfect for us - so much more laid back after travelling in KL and Penang. Lovely smaller tea plantation with a cute tea room at the end and the Wednesday night market was really cool and felt like a real insight into local life! We loved our stay here x Disliked · Nothing!

Liked · Nothing short of brilliant. The host Bryan was amazing from the word go or infact even before we checked in he was already contacting me to inform the room was ready. The place was just stupendous and sort of took us back in time with all the quirky and antique items. Loved the decor, especially the typewriter and the iron! The river view just topped it off probably spent the most time there, sunrise and sunset is a must. Bryan was very informative with places to go almost all the places we went was recommended by him and I can say each one we've been to was amazing. From places to eat (restoran nur iman, mama's cafe) and hiking trails. He provided photos also to help us navigate our ways. Fully recommended and will definitely come back again! Disliked · Exceeded my expectations.
