The Senses Therapy

The Senses Therapy is founded by two experienced yoga and meditation teachers- Jasz and Lu Sin. Jasz holds a certification of sound healing from Sound Healing Academy in the United Kingdom. She is also a meditation teacher, a Reiki Master Teacher who facilitates energy healing training courses as a registered teacher with the Ashati Institute, one of the world’s leading providers and creators of energy healing and ascension programmes. Lu Sin has a deep love for the therapeutic elements of yoga, which leads her to specialise in personal yoga coaching and making yoga practice accessible to all levels; let yoga serves each and every individual’s health.

It was my first experiencing a soundbath therapy and I was just curious on how it would be like. After the session It was a refreshing reminder of how rest and sleep is a crucial part of our lives as well. It was a short session of about 45mins however it felt like a quality period of time spent.
