Hillside Batu Retreat villa is constructed mainly using concrete and steel structure, bringing about the villa name of 'Batu', which means stone or rock. All the furniture and interior decorations are hand picked and custom designed by the owners. Whilst you are here, take a look at the wood of the dining room table, which was found in a recycle wood centre then refurbished and given another life.
The villa is on a private hill, where security and privacy is ensured. It is designed with an open concept and the house is sitting on the hillside. The house consists of living area, 3 bedrooms with doorlocks, 2 bathroom, 2 washrooms, kitchen equipped with cookware and dining table, barbeque area with tools and charcoal, balcony, and swimming pool (shared with neighbours). Free parking is available.

Here’s what the host has made a commitment to do before every stay:
1. Sanitise surfaces - Sanitise every high-touch surface, down to the doorknob
2. Use approved products - Use cleaners approved by health experts, such as disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher
3. Thoroughly clean - Refer to the extensive checklists while cleaning room by room
4. Wear a mask and gloves - Help avoid cross-contamination by wearing a mask and gloves
5. Wash all linen - Wash linen at a high heat setting
6. Follow all other local guidance - Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
Covid Cancellation Policy
If there are strict Covid-19 regulations that prevent you from going on your trip,
you may get a full refund via Seek Sophie credits (can be used on multiple bookings with no expiry) or reschedule at no additional costs.
Otherwise, we would do our best to help you reschedule in other cases.

Cancel for free 7 days before your trip starts.
Cancellations after such date will not be eligible for refunds as Hillside Batu Retreat would have paid for your trip’s logistics already.
