This is a 1.5 hour cocktail masterclass with one of our favourite bars in Singapore - Spiffy Dapper - a quirky but casual speakeasy located in the heart of Chinatown.There are two types of cocktail masterclasses available:• Gin & Tonic Pairing Masterclass • Craft Cocktail Masterclass*Selection of masterclass is subject to Bartender's Choice, which you will be informed of by Spiffy Dapper upon confirmation of booking. 1. Gin & Tonic Tasting MasterclassThis is Spiffy Dapper's most popular cocktail class! Not many know that the popular gin and tonic combination originated in the jungles of Malaya. This workshop will take you through how necessity created a cocktail and how popularity took the drink very far away from its roots.Taste three very different styles of gin, paired with 5 different types of tonic waters. Find your perfect pair, and our friendly bartenders will prepare a full-sized drink. Complete your bespoke G&T with a selection of botanicals for garnish.2. Craft Cocktail MasterclassCraft cocktails are more than just stirring, shaking, or pouring drinks over ice. What doesn’t meet the eye is where the magic happens, and this masterclass will give you front-row seats behind the scenes.An exclusive experience by the bartenders at Spiffy Dapper, this workshop will take the worry out of all the industry mumbo jumbo and breakdown the art of creating craft versions of classics libations.Learn the basics of cocktail-making in every style and a choice to deep dive into one of the three fundamental techniques: Classic Stirred, Classic Shaken, and Bespoke Cocktails. The Spiffy Dapper is a cocktail bar with amazing service and a down-to-earth team. They do not take themselves too seriously but they are very serious about their drinks. They also know so much about so many different drinks it’s super impressive. Good vibes at the bar, cosy and welcoming!

Cool bar and a chilled out community is how would I describe Spiffy Dapper. The course itself was fun and sets you on your way to the world of cocktails. A fun evening and a very very unique experience. Recommend much!!

Anthony is very knowledgeable and shared a lot about the theories of cocktail making with us. This workshop teaches us techniques to make bespoke cocktails. We have enjoyed ourselves and this workshop is highly recommended for cocktail lovers out there!

This was amazing! Jane was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We actually didn’t expect it to be as hands on and have learnt far more than we thought we would. I would highly recommend this experience. I have a new appreciation for the vast knowledge and hard work that goes into being a mixologist.

Cancel for free 7 days before your trip starts.
Cancellations after such date will not be eligible for refunds as Spiffy Dapper would have paid for your trip’s logistics already.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy
In the event that one or more participants are tested positive (or suspected) for Covid-19, customers can choose to reschedule the booking by providing 2 or 3 new dates to the operator. No additional fee is charged.
In the Event of a Government Lockdown
If there is a government lockdown that prevent you from going on your trip,
you may get a full refund via Seek Sophie credits or reschedule at no additional costs.
Otherwise, we would do our best to help you reschedule in other cases.
