"> It is a fantastic area to be at. And also when one visits it throughout the dawn, the point of view is impeccable. The clouds precisely in addition to the hill and issuing it that beauty is really remarkable. The suggested some time to visit is within the first hrs to capture the "clouds on hill" perspective. Later part of the morning in the summers it is typically warm and humidity is adding up. So prepare ahead of time for the trip of yours. Thank you Victory Cruise and all staff. We are going to come back without a doubt.

We did a 2-nights cruise to Bai Tu Long bay. Transfer from Hanoi hotel to Ha Long Bay was in a comfortable luxury minibus. All of the staff were lovely and attentive. Especially, our guide was very fluent in English and actually gave us very useful information. The cabin was a decent size and comfortable with air conditional. The bathroom was large with showers and plenty of hot water. The food was varied, fresh and so delicious. The scenery also was breathtaking.

We are just back from a 1 night stay in Halong Bay on the Victory Star and it was a a lovely experience from booking all the way through to departure. Louis was our booking contact and could not have been more helpful, when we arrived aboard we given the presidential suite which we were not expecting. The team did not know this trip was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary so this was a lovely surprise. The menu is lovely, presentation fabulous and the staff very careful to ensure any dietary needs were covered. Ti Chi with Cherry was a lovely start to the 2nd day. She multitasked with Harry a number of roles over the 2 days and they were very professional. Special thanks to Anna the tour guide for this boat who was great fun, positive and couldnÕt do enough to help everyone. Super team and a super time.

Ha Long Bay is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. And it was even more wonderful when we chose Victory Star Cruise to experience it. The crew and the guide were so friendly and informative. They made our trip better than ever. There were lots of activities including a visit to a cave, swimming, fishing and kayaking around the bay. Luckily, the weather was so beautiful that we can experience it all. The food was delicious and varied. See you then.

As a group of 36 pax from Turkey, we stayed for 1 night at Victory Star. The crew (especially the manager) was so rude, even shouted at and argued with several guests. The air conditions in the cabins were not working, we froze all night. One of our friends in the group closed the door of the whole floor which was letting in cold breeze and the manager came down shouting at her. The clean towels for the rooms were on the floor in the corridor, a staff was folding them fetching them from the floor! The food was not good, the service was worse! The wi-fi was working only when the manager wanted! I asked for a charger for my phone, after a couple of hours when i was having dinner, the staff came to me asking it back. I told her i was having my dinner, she told me to go to my room and get it! I have never experienced such an unkind and unprofessional service in my whole life!! We, as the group of 36 people, are unhappy and disappointed about this cruise.I advise you to choose other companies, there are more elegant and professional options.
