Nguyen Minh Hoang made a big life change back in 2014, swapping a long career in civil engineering for something closer to home—literally and personally. After spending years away working on construction projects across Vietnam, he decided it was time to do something that let him be with his family and connect with people in a more meaningful way. Inspired by the growing energy of Hoi An, he stepped into tourism and hasn’t looked back.
