Covid Cancellation Policy (for bookings after 1 Sept 2020)

If you can't travel because of Covid restrictions, you can choose to get a full refund, Seek Sophie credits (no expiry, 110% of trip value) or reschedule your trip at no additional cost. Your choice, no questions asked.

Usual Cancellation Policy (for Non-Covid reasons)

Cancel for free 3 days before your trip starts. Cancellations after such date will not be eligible for refunds as Soap Art Singapore would have paid for your trip’s logistics already.
